There are over 1500 institutions of higher learning such as colleges and universities with nearly 750,000 professors. With over 100 National Key Universities, including Peking University and Tsinghua University, ranked as some of the top global universities, the spending on education is estimated to be around $100bn. China has become a top destination for international students.

China has a consistent teacher development system. Teaching has historically been and remains a highly respected profession in China and education remains the bedrock of China’s future growth ambitions. There are now Chinese partner universities, supported by major Chinese corporations eager to recruit the best graduates who can learn from the West and have gained global experience in their learning.

Education

We were very happy to work with China Business Solutions in organising our 2009 MBA Study Tour to China. CBS arranged some excellent company visits for us ? they clearly understood our needs and, through their extensive range of contacts, were able to give us access to some senior executives in major organisations. Our students returned enriched by the whole experience.
