Asia Pacific Internal Sales Support

Our client is a leader in providing solutions which enable the reliable control of local, remote and global IT systems. A UK Queens Award for Enterprise was also awarded to the company in recognition of exceptional export sales achievements.

They are looking to recruit an Asia Pacific Internal Sales Support to assist and support the communications between their UK HQ and the Asia Pacific Offices (Singapore, Shanghai & Beijing) and to provide support to the Asia Pacific Country managers. This is a maternity cover position, which will last 6-7 months from July 2014.

Dimensions of Role:

To ensure that all order received from the Singapore branch are input onto the computer system and that appropriate Asia Pacific Staff are kept aware of the progress of the order from input through to delivery.

To liaise with the Singapore Staff as well as the Representative offices in China to ensure all stock enquires, price enquiries are responded to in a timely fashion

To be the key interface in all matters between the UK HQ and the Asia Pacific Offices. This encompasses many tasks from translation and checking of company collateral, support for seminars, ensure support enquiries are correctly understood and followed up, provide feedback to and from product management and proactively managing all communications.

Ensuring CRM activities are correctly input and acted upon.

Working as part of the Sales team, support cover for other territories will also occasionally be required.

Key Challenges:

A keen eye for detail and completion of complicated tasks

Ability to communicate and translate effectively with the Asia Pacific branches and the UK departments.

Person Specification:

Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English essential. Relevant experience preferred.
