KVM Solution Provider.
When the client, a keyboard, visual display and mouse (KVM) solution provider, approached China Business Solutions (CBS) again, about two years after CBS advised and assisted with their market entry into China, they came with good news and a problem to be resolved.
Their business had been expanding rapidly in China, with sales volume doubled the year before. They have offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Singapore with a growing number of staff members, making it increasingly challenging for the communication between each office and to the headquarter in the UK. To address the problem they were looking at recruiting an Asia Pacific internal sales support to assist and support the communications between the HQ and the Asia Pacific Offices, reporting directly to the sales director.

Utilising its well-established network and close contact with the Chinese communities in the UK, CBS progressed rapidly and a number of suitable candidates were identified within a short timeframe. After a competitive interview process managed by CBS, the client made an offer to the successful candidate who came from a background in sales support & international trade, having been educated and worked both in the UK and China.
